A: Neil Chivvis has been building custom homes through Whitecapps Development Corporation for four years now.  Neil has overseen the completion of over twenty homes in Mial Plantation.

Q: What’s the first step after deciding Mial Plantation is right for me?
A: Choose a lot and one of our house plans that fit your lifestyle.

Q: Can I bring my own house plans and have Chivvis Built, Inc. make modifications?
A: No, we have several house plans to choose from.  Mial Plantation has strict guidelines we must abide by.  We are confident we have a plan that fits your need.

Q: Can we make modifications to one of your plans that you offer? A: Yes, our plans come with plenty of options to choose from.  As long as the modification is within our guidelines, we can do it.

Q: How long does take to have a home built?
A: Depending on the plan, lot chosen, anywhere from four to six months.

Q: What type of construction financing options do you offer?
A: Chivvis Built, Inc. is set up to accept construction to permanent loans through *Wachovia Mortgage.  See below for more information.

Q: Is there a homeowner’s association at Mial Plantation?
A: Not at this time. When the subdivision is 75 percent complete, homeowners can form a homeowners’ association.
